Why
have the brush heads stopped moving?
Between the brush heads you will notice a small "ball and socket" plastic joint. We have found that in some cases toothpaste is getting inside that joint, then drying and hardening. When this happens, both brush heads are not able to move in the full range they are designed to. Placing the brush head (removed from the base) in a cup of warm water for an hour will loosen this dried toothpaste and allow the brush to work like new.
